Return Policy
Gus Communication Devices Inc. stands behind the quality and condition of merchandise sold. All products are covered by Original Equipment Manufacturer's warranty.
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase return the unwanted product within 15 days from the shipping date. Product returns subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Products must be returned in “as new” condition including all original packaging, manuals, plastic covers, screen protectors, manufacturers original box or it will not be refunded. If the product has any scratches, dings, dents or other visible physical damage, the product will be returned to the purchaser and not refunded.
Defective items are eligible for repair/service directly through the Original Equipment Manufacturer at no cost to you.
Please contact the Original Equipment Manufacturer for warranty entitlement policies. Returns due to technical malfunction can only be accepted on items diagnosed defective by the Original Equipment Manufacturer's Technical Support Department.

Gus Communication Devices Inc. cannot accept any product return without first receiving a completed RMA Request Form. Call 866-487-1006 to request an RMA Request Form.
FAQ
Is it mandatory to have an RMA number in order to return a product to Gus Communication Devices Inc.?
Yes. You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 15 days from the original shipping date of your order. Returns cannot be accepted without prior authorization and an RMA number. RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued.
How do I acquire a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#)?

May I return an item in exchange for a different product?
No. We do not exchange product returns for different items. Manufacturer policies require replacement with the same make/model originally purchased. If the return policy period for a refund (15 days) has not yet expired, you can request an RMA Refund (subject to 20% restocking fee), order a new item, and we will refund your original purchase after we receive your returned product and confirm it is in resellable condition (“as new”), is not damaged, and includes all the original materials as received, including (but not limited to) the manufacturers box, manuals, cords, protective plastic, foam packing materials and any other item normally included with the product.
Approximately how long will it be before a refund/credit actually appears on my credit/debit card?
It takes us approximately three business days to process a credit back to your credit card and 2-3 business days for it to appear on your statement.
Approximately how long does it take for Gus Communication Devices Inc. to process an RMA?
It takes 2-5 business days for us to process and issue a refund once we receive the product. If the returned product is damaged, scratched or is not in “like new” condition, a refund will not be processed. The product will be returned to the customer.
Is it necessary to return each individual accessory when I send in a return? What should I include with my RMA?
Yes. All original equipment, components, manuals, cables, collateral and packaging must be returned with your item in order for Gus Communication Devices Inc. to process your RMA. Incomplete product returns cannot be processed; incomplete RMAs will be returned to you. If the returned product is damaged, scratched or is not in “like new” condition, and does not include the original box and all packing materials, documentation, chords etc., a refund will not be processed. The product will be returned to the customer.
I discarded the original box required for my product return. Does Gus Communication Devices Inc. provide replacement shipping containers?
No. Manufacturers only except merchandise returns with all manuals, cables, collateral and packaging materials intact. Products lacking original packaging not eligible for return or refund.
When and why are restocking fees applied? How much is deducted when a return is subject to a restocking fee?
There is a restocking fee of 20% on all returns for refund (RMA Refund). Manufacturers charge a 20% restocking fee for all returns for refund to encourage customers to purchase products they intend to keep. If the returned product is damaged, scratched or is not in “like new” condition, a refund will not be processed. The product will be returned to the customer.
What is the return policy for software?
Licensing and copyright restrictions prohibit software returns. Please thoroughly research features and compatibility to ensure software purchases meet your requirements.
Does Gus Communication Devices Inc. pay the return shipping cost for defective merchandise?
No, Gus Communication Devices Inc. does not pay the return shipping cost for defective merchandise. We are not responsible for product defects, because we do not manufacture the products we carry. However, Gus Communication Devices Inc. will split the shipping costs with you. If you pay to return the item to Gus Communication Devices Inc., we will replace the item and ship it to you at no charge.
I received an email indicating that the serial number of the item I returned does not match the serial number of the product I originally purchased from Gus Communication Devices Inc.. What should I do?
We keep serial numbers on all products shipped. The item in question will be returned to the customer with a request to send the correct item.
